The friendly staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome. We arrived early in the morning and they graciously held our luggage before check-in. They even let us check in earlier than the policy allowed because we were exhausted. The luggage service was a great bonus and well worth it. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, convenient. we highly recommend this hostel.
